The English-language broadsheet newspaper Bangkok Post
was founded at the 01.08.1946 by Alexander MacDonald,
a former Office of Strategic Services (OSS) officer
and his Thai companion Prasit Lulitanond.
In the past the Bangkok Post ownership has changed several times,
at present the newspaper is owned by Post Publishing Public Co. Ltd.
The Bangkok Post has a daily circulation of about 75.000 issues
and is also available in the internet.

There are just two daily English-language Newspapers
in Thailand, The Bangkok Post and The Nation.
