Four Noble Truth

The base of the Buddhist philosophy are the Four Noble Truth:
1. Dukha: Life means suffering
One does not get which one wants, and/or one does get which one doesn??t wants.
2. Samudaya: Origin of suffering
The cause of suffering is craving and ignorance
3. Nirodha: Cessation of suffering
Not craving leads to the end of suffering
4. Magga: The way leading to cessation of suffering
The way leading to cessation of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path
