New big Buddha statue for Chiang Mai North Thailand

Buddhist monks from the Morn Thean temple

in Chiang Mai, North Thailand are sitting on a shaky bamboo scaffolding
to work on the new big Buddha statue.
The new Morn Thean temple is still under construction,
but the parts, which are already finished,
let You suspect, what a gem is coming up.
