Shock Image against Smokers Thailand

A shock image at the cigarette package should prevent smokers
from smoking in Thailand.
While smoking is prohibited in Thailand in bars, discotheques,
restaurants and public places all over the country,
it seems not to be enough
and all cigarette packages have to have this ugly shocking images.

What do You think,
will the anti-smoking law and the shocking images prevent from smoking ???
Our experience says: NO
Specially young Thai kids have a lot of fun with the shocking images
and are smoking as much as before.
