Stylish and Healthy Rice from Thailand

A wave of healthy food products is sloshing about Thailand.
A few days before we stumbled about this
stylish, very decorative new rice at Tops supermarket in Chiang Mai/North Thailand.
Even if one will not believe, there has no artifical food coloring been used.
This new rice product is 100% natural.

1. white Thai jasmine/fragrant rice

4. blue rice, coloured with the flowers of the butterfly pea/Clitoria ternatea

For the decoration we used snow pea sprouts,
which are used in asian cuisine for salads, sandwiches and for stir-fried wok recipes
