Stylish and Healthy Rice from Thailand

A wave of healthy food products is sloshing about Thailand.
A few days before we stumbled about this
stylish, very decorative new rice at Tops supermarket in Chiang Mai/Norththailand.
Even if one will not believe, there has no artifical foodcolour been used.
This new rice product is 100% natural.
Foto from top to bottom:
1. white Thai jasmine/fragrant rice
2. yellow cumin rice
3. unpolished brown rice
4. blue rice, coloured with the flowers of the butterfly pea/clitoria mariana
For the decoration we used snowbean sprouts,
which are used in asian cuisine for salads, sandwiches and for stir-fried wok recipes
