Horse Piss Eggs are a speciality from the chinese kitchen, where they´re called Pidan (leather eggs).
In Thailand they´re called “Khai Yiaou Maa”, which means horse piss eggs.
This strange name results from their stinky smell, when opened.
The smell reminds of ammoniac or sulfur.
A crowd of crazy Thai Kathoeys (Gathoeys)/ Thai Ladyboys are promoting
