Most of the Thai Boys You could probably call a Sagger Boy.
Is it art or is it just fashion or is it art and fashion ?

As the word is, sagging or the sagger fashion is orginated from legal prohibition
of prisoners wearing belts, because belts could be used to kill oneself or harm others, while fighting. Sagging became popular in the 90th with the Hip Hop movement. The sagger fashion means, showing boxershorts or underwear, while slide down the trousers below the hip.
