Thailand Recipe Pad Prik King Tua
By Thai-Eyes | December 16, 2008
The Thai name for pork belly and yardlong beans, fried in red curry paste
is Pad Prik King Tua and is quite confusing.
Pad Prik King Tua means fried with chili, ginger and beans,
but there is absolutely no ginger in this recipe.
We could not figure out, why it is called like that.
and all the Thai people, which we asked, said the same:
It is called like that !
No matter at all, Pad Prik King Tua is a mouthwatering Thai recipe.
Thailand recipe: Pork belly and yardlong beans, fried in red currypaste –

Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Umami MSG food enhancer
